We are a non-profit, volunteer-run organization

In 2017, the Central Sharks team was purchased from private owners and transitioned to a 501(c)3 named Sharks Youth Athletic Organization. In 2023, we adopted the Eagle as our mascot as well as the navy and gold colors to be compliant with our tackle league rules (Article IV Section 4.01(b)).

Being a non-profit, all funds received by the organization go directly to the program. The organization is led by a team of volunteer board members who represent all divisions within the organization. Parents, family, and friends make the organization run! We can't do what we do without our volunteer coaches, team moms, chain crew, event planners, photographers, etc.
